Indeed, Chimay is one of the only five official trappist beers left in Belgium. That true and rare mastery Quick now showcases in a delicious, purely Belgian creation: the Pistolay, a tribute to Belgians and their unique beer tradition.

Masterfully delicious

The Pistolay is a masterful delicacy, based on tradition ánd inventiveness. It has a 100% Belgian beef burger on a bed of iceberg lettuce, topped with two slices of bacon. Then: a slice of creamy Chimay cheese and a delightful sauce based on Chimay trappist beer, topped with pickled red onions and crispy onions. Add a ‘pistolet’, that typical Belgian bun, and you have a burger that nobody would say 'Pisto-nay' to.
